What will I receive?

We will ship any silicone toys in a plastic bag, with a decorative pouch included. You can use this pouch to keep your toy separate from other toys and prevent damage. We will also include a short care sheet with instructions on how to care for your purchase. The rest of the box is filled with packing peanuts.

Will you package my order discreetly?

We will ship your order in a plain brown cardboard box. For delivery inside the EU zone, the box will have nothing on it to hint at its contents. Outside the EU, we will need to include a declarations form in a see-through envelope. This form may display our company name, and your silicone toys will be listed on the declaration form as “silicone sculptures”.

What are your shipping times like?

We make each product to order, here in the Netherlands. This process usually takes 2 days, but can take up to 14. If it takes longer than even that, we will contact you via email to discuss options. If your order is unclear, we will contact you before starting production, which will add to the wait time. Some of our products are premade and can be shipped within 2 business days from the moment you order.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Customers in most of Europe will receive their order within 2-12 days after it’s dropped off for delivery. For other continents, it can take 2-4 weeks.

What about international shipping and customs?

Any order requires a legal name and accurate information. If you do not provide these, this may result in your package being refused, returned or abandoned.

Shipments outside the EU zone may incur customs duties, for which we are not responsible. We can not declare your orders as gifts, or mark them at lower cost than they are valued.

If your package is returned as undeliverable or unpaid, we will offer to either cancel the order and refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, or to ship it again at your cost (this is the same as the initial shipping cost).

If your package is marked as abandoned, there is nothing we can do. We are not responsible for abandoned packages.
